Leadership, love, servanthood.

This quote is absolutely wonderful. I was on Pinterest an online pin board earlier today and stumbled upon it and thought it was a great quote to keep in mind. As a leader you have to lead, love, and always be willing to serve. Servanthood in my mind is the most important part of being a leader. I've been blessed to be a part of Fish Aides and L3C. Both of these organizations give me a unique opportunity to be able to serve others. I know New Years is still a long way away, but I have a feeling my New Year's resolution will be to make an effort to serve others everyday.
