"A humble leader does not hesitate to admit momentary stupidity." -Jeanne Yocum

I met with 39 of my fellow peers in fish aides last night for the very first time. Our co-chairs and directors talked a lot about what it means to be a humble leader. I wasn't really sure what they meant by this but after I got to thinking it was very clear to me. Being a leader isn't about you its something much bigger than that. I think the title quote is great because being able to admit stupid mistakes is another aspect of being humble. I think a sign of a great leader is humility. Even if you're the President of an organization or a camp director or in any important position you should never hold yourself above the leaders around you. Just a thought.

Thanks & Gig'Em!
