Fish Aides

As a student at Texas A&M its hard for many to find their place in a student body of over 40,000 thousand people. I applied for FLO's hoping I would get the opportunity to find my place here in College Station. After going through the competitive application and interview process I was lucky enough to be chosen for a FLO. I had my sights set on being selected for Fish Aides. This organization consists of 40 freshman that work within student government on our campus. I found out earlier this morning that I was one of the few freshman with the opportunity to be a part of fish aides for the upcoming school year. I am extremely excited that I am getting this amazing chance to make a difference as a freshman leader. This year is going to be life changing not to mention extremely enriching. I know that I am going to emerge a much better leader than I ever could have imagined.
