Mike Sherman

I thought i'd write about something close to home for Texas A&M students like myself. Coach Mike Sherman is the coach and sole leader for the Aggie football team. If you follow A&M sports you know that Texas A&M currently has no offensive coordinator. This is almost unheard of in college football. In addition to leading the team, Sherman has taken on the task of running the offense as well. This is believed to be one major reason for A&M's 6-6 record this past season. This is an example of why team work is essential. As a leader you have to learn to divide the workload among your fellow teammates. Mike Sherman brought a lot of stress upon himself by not delegating more to his coaching staff. I believe this is a huge piece of why the Aggies had such a disappointing season.
